Our tune-up includes the following work for A/C or Heat:

- Flush out drain lines Oil and lubricate moving parts

- Check and inspect heat exchanger
- Clean and adjust pilot assembly
- Inspect indoor blower wheel & motor
- Test limits and safety controls
- Record temperature rise
